Tetra Pak^® Bag Tipping Station

The Tetra Pak^® Bag Tipping Station is a bag tipping station for emptying 25 to 50 kg bags of powder into your process. It handles all kinds of food powders and, in normal operation with one operator, reaches up to 3,000 kg of powder per hour.

The station is designed according to EHEDG guidelines. A one-metre-wide vibrating sieve screens the powder, and a compact, air-sealed magnet removes ferrous particles before the product moves on; both sit on the same floor as the operator, so inspection is quick. The fan and filter are designed for efficient dust control, keeping airborne dust away from operators, while the ergonomic, open design reduces heavy lifting and makes cleaning and maintenance easier. Compared with earlier versions, the magnet design uses up to 67% less rare-earth metal and the optimized filter needs 67% less compressed air.

• Applications: Discharging 25 to 50 kg bags of all food powders, from basic to advanced requirements, including dairy and nutritional products.

• Capacity: Up to 3,000 kg/h with one operator, depending on the working pace, and up to 6,000 kg/h with the automatic bag tilter / slitter.

• Options: Automatic bag tilter / slitter, vibrating sifter, magnet, vacuum line injector, offset filter and fan, high-efficiency static filter and, on demand, adaptation for two operators.
