The Tetra Pak^® Continuous Freezer S700 A2 is a self-contained continuous freezer that freezes, mixes, whips and aerates ice cream mix in one compact unit. With its integrated refrigeration system, the continuous freezer S700 A2 needs no central refrigeration plant, which makes it a practical choice for smaller lines and growing producers.

Rotary pumps deliver a precise, stable product flow and are cleaned automatically during the freezer’s CIP cycle. A mass flow meter doses the air worked into the mix for overruns of up to 140% while keeping waste low. The hygienic shaft seal is easy to clean and prevents product from getting trapped, which allows longer production runs, and the touch-screen operator panel stores up to 100 recipes for fast start-ups and simple training.

• Applications: Ice cream, coffee and other food products that are frozen and aerated continuously.

• Capacity: 150–700 l/h on a footprint of 1.25 m².

• Options: Dual outlet pumps for two lanes per freezer (four lanes with two freezers), manually adjustable dasher speed, heavy-duty hard-metal shaft seal kits and the Low Temperature kit for colder freezing.

Efficient by design: High-efficiency IE3 motors cut power consumption and running costs. The optional heavy-duty shaft seal lasts up to 3,000 hours, about three times as long as a standard seal, and dual outlet pumps reduce start-up waste, spare parts and maintenance costs by 50%.
