The Tetra Pak® Separator H7C is a compact centrifugal separator for skimming and standardizing milk and for skimming whey. It is built for smaller dairies and production lines that need reliable separation results without the footprint and investment of a large separator.

The H7C runs fully automatically, and every production parameter can be adjusted from the operator panel (HMI). Its belt drive reduces stress on the shaft, lowers vibration and noise and extends bearing life. The belt needs no tensioning, and shaft and bearings sit in a single cartridge that is exchanged on the workbench, so service stops stay short.
Applications: Skimming of cold and hot milk, standardization of hot milk and skimming of whey.
Capacity: 5,000 l/h for milk skimming, 7,000 l/h for hot milk standardization and 7,000 l/h for whey skimming.
Design: All product-contact parts in stainless steel, bowl in corrosion-resistant super duplex stainless steel, footprint of only 3.84 m².
