The Tetra Pak® Continuous Freezer S1500 A2 is a self-contained continuous freezer that freezes, mixes, whips and aerates ice cream mix in one unit. Because the refrigeration system is built in, the continuous freezer S1500 A2 does not depend on a central refrigeration plant and is quick to install in new or existing lines.

Easy installation thanks to the self-contained refrigeration system
High output for its size: around 900 liters of product per m² of floor space
Rotary pumps give a precise and stable product flow with little waste and are cleaned automatically during the freezer’s CIP cycle. A mass flow meter controls how much air is worked into the mix and handles overruns of up to 140%, so high-air products are possible as well. The compact compressor and optimized piping keep the footprint small, while the touch-screen operator panel stores up to 100 recipes for quick start-ups and short operator training.
Applications: Ice cream, coffee and other food products that are frozen and aerated continuously.
Capacity: 350–1,500 l/h on a footprint of 1.66 m².
Options: Dual outlet pumps for two lanes per freezer (four lanes with two freezers), manually adjustable dasher speed and the Low Temperature kit for colder freezing.
