The Tetra Pak® Aseptic Tank LV with blending function brings two tasks together: it buffers commercially sterile product under aseptic conditions and blends it in-line at the same time. This way, the aseptic tank with blending function takes over the blending task on the aseptic side of your line.

The unit is based on the LV version of the Tetra Pak® Aseptic Tank, which is designed for low to medium viscosity products and combines a valve cluster with a vertical tank with a dome-shaped bottom. Because the blending takes place in this aseptic environment, the blending point can be moved further downstream, closer to packaging, while the proven aseptic tank technology keeps the process safe.
Applications: Aseptic buffering and in-line blending of low to medium viscosity liquid food.
